Been having problems for the past days right after the event ended. I can't even connect, always the same error codes.

Has anybody filled out a report with ANET? I hope so. Give them time to fix the issue.

We all know ArenaNet's network is not perfect. There have been several occasions where entire regions have been unable to connect to Guild Wars at all. There are many different reasons for this. Sometimes (usually with advance notice) it is server maintenance. Sometimes it is a minor link in the chain going down somewhere between the end user and ANet. This takes time to diagnose and more time to fix. And yes, sometimes it is that cleaning lady with her vacuum cleaner.

It is a good thing to report this, however it is a bad thing to have multiple threads opening up in various sections of this Forum all saying the same thing.

In future cases of ANet non-availability, it would be appreciated if you report it in this thread, rather than make a new one.

In addition I want to add. A few things.

1 - We can not fix this issue.
2 - Anet/PlayNC server team (more than likly) will never read this thread.
3 - You are encouraged to fill out a PlayNC support ticket.
4 - When a server goes down it triggers alarms, it also pages people. Most of the time the server teams are aware of an issue before you experience them.

Its Saturday. Want to know how I know it Saturday? It's simple once again A-net are running an event and once again I'm unable to get any response other than error code 13.

and now 20 minutes later its changed to error 40

Couldn't even leave American Districts and when I finally mapped to my Guild Hall to rune my heroes new ... all NPC's including the Guild Lord were gone ... lolz I know our rating is bad, but that bad ??

Code=013, Code=040, Code=200 (never had that before), Code=034 all over the place

Edit: just got the first Code=007 of the day while switching chars ... weehhee

Thats it with my glorious HB I was waiting for so dearly ... sigh ... let's get out and play some football then ...

Has anyone been able to contact those people in charge of this? 30 mins of filling in and sorting through crap,only to get a message that the details are already used. I wanted to complain about the lack of connection. Its harder getting in contact with anet than a criminal organisation. I wonder why it is so difficult???????

Tried to do a report but that failed so this is the only way
we seam to let our frustrations out here in this thread.
We know GURU can't do anything but it's the only way we can maybe
get some attention to this problem we just hope someone from anet reads this.
Anet make your own official help/support forum PLEASE
if not now for GW2 at lest.
