Wierd error?
Helo!
Dunno what this error mean but I've gotten some 277 error when i tryed to type my username and pass into gw. I double checked it and both fields are filed correctly. I'm attaching the picture also. If i press "reset password" i'm directed to the ncsoft page, but my account is not ncsoft.

Maybe someone changed your account information?
Anyway if you're absolutely sure you entered the correct information (check if caps lock is on or off) you should contact support.

Someone's probably hacked in, linked your account to a PlayNC account and then BAM, changed your password.
Forget about it, your account is gone forever. Move on.

They did create a new error message for incorrect logins, as I mistyped my password last night and got that same msg, but once I typed it properly it went away.

How forget about it? If i got my acc hacked is there no way to prove it that it was mine account?
I did type password rightly, that i'm sure. But i don't understand how i got this message.

As stretchs said, its a new login error message. The old message would say if you had your email or password wrong. And with having to increase account security the error message was long overdue for a change.
If I was you and your sure you type everything right and still get the error then you would need to contact support. Just remember passwords are case sensitive so there might be a capital letter you might have missed somehow. I sometimes hit my caps lock and not realize it.

Make sure to have your keys because they will ask for them. If you don't have them anymore I have heard they can still retrieve your account but they would pretty much need your life history. If you have all your keys then things will go smoothly but it still may take a couple of days or so. Just keep checking with them, but realize this could take a few days to get straightened out.
