Just to clarify, is this something that has just started happening? I may have missed something in the diagnostic, but perhaps it is to do with anti-virus. I know some people have had problems with NOD32. I have it on the exceptions list...

Yes, your firewall or something like that might be blocking Guild Wars. Try connecting again with your firewall disabled. I hope for your case Planet Internet isn't failing on you like it is on me atm. Might become nasty.

Even if it is on your firewall allow list, try taking it off and putting it back on again, I have this problem whenever there's an update and have to do that.

it happend like 3/4 days ago,
and i have my firewall disabled
in my configuration screen
i cant disable my firewall in my router
on 192.168.1.254
cuz its an speedtouch 780
i only have norton internet security,
and ashampoo but i can delete that
because its not that good.
what should i do, and are there any other firewalls
i might not have disabled. ?

Try disabling norton completely. If it won't let you do that, kill all norton processes.
