Ok i just purchased Guildwars Factions today. I already have Prophecies, Nightfall, and eye of the north. I installed factions, went to create a new character and it says i dont have factions. What do i do????

You did make sure to add the Factions key to your existing account, right? You didn't create a second account by accident?

No worries, i had to buy prophices 2x when I wanted to go to Tyria, so you got a buddy who knows your pain.

Yeah but if you didn't add factions key on your excisting account you need to contact support,
i had same when factions released and i prophs & factions were on differend account
Just contact PlayNc support tell whats wrong, they ask you for cdkeys, dates when account was made etc, when they know enough they will sent you new key and delete old account you had.

You didn't need to "install" Factions - you only needed to add the Factions key to your account.
