Serious guild window problems
Ever since the weekend event started, ive noticed a glitch that has only grown.
Anytime I press G to open guild window, such as to view roster, view alliance faction, check status, change status, pm members, etc, it seriously locks up.
TO be more specific, I press G, and my client absolutely freezes. Occasionally it hard crashes, but usually fixes itself. The problem wasnt too serious yesterday, as it cleared itself in about 2 seconds. Today however, the lockup time is somewhere between 5-30 seconds.
This is really unacceptable, and this problem is further fueled by the fact that since several officers in my guild are on vacation, im the only officer online in my guild yesterday and today.
I dont like having to make the choice of having to sit there with guild window open and doing nothing, or play and getting luxon points and not be able to perform my capacity as an officer.
Is anyone else experiancing this, and has anyone found a work around?
[edit]
Nevermind, I found a work around. going into window mode, then opening guild window, closing it, then going back to full screen fixes it
[edit2] Spoke too soon, that only worked once, now that doesnt work anymore either

If opening Guild Wars with a -repair doesn't work, try uninstalling and installing Guild Wars off of a Nightfall or Eye of the North CD (preferably EOTN if you have it, if not use the one off their site), and then doing a -image.

In all likelihood, this is not a bug, just a problem with the .dat file on your end.
Moving to Tech Corner.

Yezah, wanted to use as a least resort, which is what it came to.
Purged guildwars, downloaded client, did -image.
Thanks anyway all, and it did fix it.
