as long as you can prove that you are the original purchaser of that key, you'll get your account. i hope you've saved your receipts and cd key booklet.
speaking of that booklet... was it open when you took it out? it's supposed to be sealed in some way.

Yeah I kept everything, I even sent them copies of the stuff on the support ticket.
The eye of the north key was sealed in this shield thing. That key works fine but I don't have any other GW key so I can't use it to play. >.>
The Guild Wars Trilogy contains all 3 games for $50 with a single key for all of them, but the access key isn't sealed. It was just on the back of a quick reference pamphlet that contained game info like hotkeys and spell types... emotes etc.
Also, I'v still not gotten a response, but I'll keep this post updated with what happens, so that the next person that runs into this problem can see how things went for me.

as long as you have that booklet with the keys, you're good to go. unfortunately, there's no telling how long the response time is. but as long as you have your proof of purchase and ownership (which you have), you'll get your account.
and who knows? if someone really did manage to use that key, you might end up with an account already with some items/skills on it.

glad to know you can play.
usually ncsoft support is a bit faster than that. unfortunately for you, they've just redesigned their website and are still chasing after bugs most likely, so the response for your problem was a lot slower. from my experiences, ncsoft support is pretty damn fast.
oh, and if you want, add lilith moriz to your ingame friends list. don't be afraid to ask any questions you might have.
