Computer restarts after playing GW's for a while.
After playing GW's for a while, Normally after clicking Start Mission or Enter Battle, My computer Restarts! It happens even if I only just loaded up guild wars and I click one of thoser buttons.
Any fixes?

Your system is rebooting likely due to a BSOD error
Disable the Automatic Reboot on system failure
1. Right click "My Computer" and choose Properties.
2. Click on the "Advanced" tab
3. Click on the "Settings" button listed under "Startup and Recovery"
4. In the middle of this box under "System failure" there is a check box next to "Automatically restart". Uncheck this box.
5. Now OK out of "Startup and Recovery" and "System Properties"
This will allow you to view the error and the possible cause

Maybe your PC is heating up? happened to me a few months ago at summer. just open your PC up and clean it up and possibly leave it open so it won't overheat again. ^^

If it's only happening in Nightfall, I'm guessing it's your Graphics Card..
What card have you got, or do you use onboard?

I have heard once before of someone who couldn't enter specific outposts or missions.
Whenever she did her computer would freeze and her character would be stuck in that outpost until a friend logged in as her to pull her out and send her character to a different outpost or her guild hall
I suspect this is caused by either corruption in the GW.dat and/or bad or out of date graphics drivers

Most older Intel graphics chips will do that to you in certain areas of Nightfall, and abit more widespread in EoTN. There is a potential solution to this as a sticky by Moriz... search that out and try it.

When I contacted support with this problem years ago, they said it was because my computer was overheating.
Nothing worked to fix it (opening case, pointing fan in case, etc.), I ended up just building a new PC and haven't had the problem since.
It use to be so bad that I'd restart after a couple minutes in any snowy area (talk about horrible for GvG's.. core monk, get frozen isle and your team's screwed). Then, I'd randomly restart for no apparent reason during other gameplay.
I was pretty adamant that it wasn't my computer overheating because I played much more intense games hardware-wise and my computer did just fine, for days at a time. My only real guess is there's some hardware compatibility that the GW devs don't want to admit because it's such a small amount of people they won't waste their resources trying to fix it.
