PlayNC account(s) access issues.
Ok, I’ve been trying to resolve this for a very long time and frankly I’m just tired of it, I’ll try to lay down the facts rather than getting into the who/what/where etc.
I bought 3 Guild Wars accounts round about launch, since then I added 1 of the expansions, prophecies to each, a couple of the accounts also have extra like character slots I must have done around that time.
So for now lets call them Account1, Account2 & Account 3.
I can still log into each game account and play without issue but have no access to the PlayNC accounts, I must have set one up for at least Account 1 as it has the extra storage etc.
UK user so no phone support at all and the basic method of supplying information through their FAQ form is completely inadequate, 3 or 4 emails over the years detailing everything extensively have had no reply.
What do I do?
