Hi, I hope this is the right place for this question, because I'm going nuts trying to find the answer.

Okay here's the situation:
I have my own basic GW account (just Prophecies). I got my son to play thru the trial and he's reached the limit. When he created the NCSoft account, he used his mother's name (I don't know why).

At the same time my wife found it interesting and also played through with a trial account. She tried to upgrade to a real account and the only payment it would take is via paypal. That's okay, we used it and it worked.

My son would now like to update, but he does not have a credit card of his own (too young). With my wife's paypal being the only way to update to a full game, will NCSoft allow what will amount to 2 master accounts in my wife's name, but two different emails?

I don't want to run through this and burn $20 only to have them think we're spoofing or something and delete one account. Or can she purchase a second Prophecies account and let him use it?

I also want to be sure that we can all play at the same time.

Hopefully that makes sense. I've been all over NCSoft's support questions and whatnot, but I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere, and I'm sort of at my wits end.

I myself have 5 accounts and 2 of them have the same name and diff emails
so I am pretty sure that part is ok.
Also you can all play together as long as you have separate computers and separate game accounts and your net connection can take it.

Another possibility is using GWx2 program but you won't be able to physically play together on the same computer using the same game account
with that program but can run 2 game accounts of GW like for farming or running chars to parts of the game.

PS I would also suggest getting all the games in one package ( Profs Nightfall Factions and the expansion of Eye Of The North ) and not just Profs if you can afford it
as sometimes its way cheaper than just getting a single campaign.

If you go into your Master account ..You should be able to put them all under 1 master account....

Each with its own email and password...There is a part somewhere on it to Merge accounts.

As I have 3 under the merge each with its Own part .This way you just log on to whatever account you wish to add to it and pay through NCsoft

As its 2 .35 am a little tired but its there in your master to merge all accounts under one main Master

Yes you can have multiple accounts with one name, they will take payment from a single source for as many accounts as you can afford.
