The basis of this is that i can not access my SUPPORT account, notice i said SUPPORT account this one right here (http://uk.support.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin...yovr.php&p_li=) Not my normal account i can access that fine.

So i cant access it because i seem to have forgot my password. So i ask it to reset my password via the form. and i get nothing...... Ask for it again...i get nothing. I wait 24 hours and i get nothing. I ask it to reset it 5 more times and i get nothing, no email nothing. So i decide to ask for help to anet via this support article (http://help.ncsoft.com/cgi-bin/ncsof...p_sid=GSZC2kIj) So i send an email saying, (The title is called "Please reset my SUPPORT account password") Please can you reset my support account password as the reset password thing seems to be majorly broken. I get a response back saying "Yeah please update your ticket so we can verify this account is yours" Asking for stuff such as "20 digit codes of all the games connected to that account" THEY THINK I WANT TO RESET MY NORMAL ACCOUNT.

Can they not read!? I cant access my SUPPORT account, So 1: they want me to update my ticket on an account i cant access that im trying to ask for help to access and 2: they have the wrong account they are thinking about.

So now i dont know what to do, It wont Reset my password, I cant access the ticket and its all very much useless.

Please help me out here seriously. I have no idea why its so hard just to reset a password for a SUPPORT account.

I have no idea either. Why don't you just start a new support account?
