Can't Enter Joko's Domain?
Attempted from two towns, first time the entire party error 7'd, the second time it lingered at 0% loading. I gave up and closed the client, but two of my party members waited it out and loaded into the explorable with a 50,000+ ping. They were unable to move and closed client to get back to town.
Attempted to leave from Grotto, same thing happened. Both towns share the same server IP.
Server issue? Anyone else experiencing this? This is the second time I've encountered something like this, doesn't seem like we can get around it.
My party members and I live too far apart, so it's highly unlikely it's an internet issue.

it may be like what was going on with TOA yesterday. AD1 TOA was experiencing major spikes from the 6,000-20,000 range for a good hour yesterday or the day before i forgot which but it was pretty ridiculous u couldn't do anything until you changed districts.

Kay.. I guess we can confirm that it's not just Elona/Desolation limited.
Strange. Hopefully the server isn't failing.

As its Thursday, it most likely being caused by some sort of update (perhaps they're bringing the wintersday stuff online?) There tends to be huge amounts of lag shortly before an update/new build of some kind.

That was my first thought, actually.
But, I've never ever encountered this sort of bug before. Well, to this severity. There's no promises there will be an update today since the festivals are "automated" now, there'd be no real reason for them to be dipping around.
Oh well.
Edit:
I stand corrected. There was an update of sorts.

Its been an ongoing issue for months now, i sent Anet screen shots where my ping was 92,000 and a friend of mine who was in the party had a ping of 78,000, Anet's reply to me was, your GFX drivers are out of date.
So yea now you see where the problem lies, my entire alliance in GW gets these spikes, and i agree that if we where all in/on the same IP, town, country then yea, but we where not.
I hope they have a plan in place to combat the extra bandwidth needed for this xmas event.
