Can't log in?
Okay, I bought Guild Wars yesterday and played it for about 5 hours. I logged out for a little while, but when I tried to log back in it said that it couldn't recognise my account information. I made sure that I typed in all of my information 100%. I even got a new password emailed to me, but it still couldn't recognise my information. Does anybody know what's going on? I'm really frustrated and I was really getting into the game before it decided to do this to me...

I am having same trouble, I changed my password as suggested because of the hackers and now have not been able to log in for the past 4 days, I have reset the password, emailed them, tried my old password all to no avail, I have asked and asked for a new password and they send me another email telling me I can add new infor or details in between the green lines, I reply and I'll get another email telling me info wasn't readable because It wasn't between the lines, I am super pissed at this point.

I am trying to log into my account, for the first time in probably a few years, and encountering the same issues. I was not positive what my password was, but I generally have only three choices I use, so no worries. Nope. Ok...so I ask for a Reset. New password does not work...hmmm....tried it umpteen times. Asked for another....nope.
What the hell is going on? I see this problem has been going on for at least a week and a half. Has the company had an explanation yet? And, what's the fix?

I've had the exact same thing. About a week ago I started playing after a pause of a few months. When I tried to log in it kept giving me problems. I reset my password and didn't work the first few times and then all of the sudden it did. Now it won't recognise my log in in formation again (while it remembered log-in information in the log-in screen) and when I ask to reset my password I don't even get a mail with a new password. Have been sending mails to the support group for a few days and they just send replies that they'll look in to it but without result.

There's a new requirement beside password. Now you need a name of a character on the account as well. Its in the middle box.

I can't speak for the others here Kumu but my character name is correct (played this week and the log-in screen remembered account name and character name).

my problem is worse, I put that and all of my info as you normaly do and still cant get in, says someone may have got into it, and it asks me to go to support, and like the others, I dont get an answer or anything sloved, i'm friggin mad right now, I simply want to see if anything is left and I cant
guild wars..........fix this.
