If so, then yes, it's correct but you need it for a laptop. You just have to make sure the speeds (the "PC4200 DDR2 533MHz" part) matches when you buy RAM and that it is for a laptop, not a desktop. Laptop memory is a different size than regular, desktop memory. Just want to make that clear, since I almost missed the laptop part when I read it. Lol.
If those RAM modules have heat sinks, you may want to be sure the RAM will fit in the slot in your laptop. Mine has two slots, but they lay on top of each other, so anything with a heatsink won't fit.
Just a word of caution.
