i think ive leaned on my keyboard and accidentally enabled something.

Basically i used to be able to hold down left alt in game, hold my right mouse button and and see green npc's when i run.

Now the name wont come up when im running. i have to stop still and then press alt.

I also cant move when im holding down alt, i WADS dont work, but S and Q do.

i used to be able to run around freely while holding alt down

any ideas what i could have done?

A key may be stuck down, even though the physical key looks like it is back up. Press all of your keys one at a time while there is no power to it, then turn on your computer.

Or just buy a new one haha.

Ruptured membrane, maybe?

"Buy a new one" is not a bad idea - you can get a great keyboard very cheaply, or a great keyboard with shiny bits very expensively.

its weird< sometimes ill be typing and my caps lock key will be off< then all of a sudden ill start typing in caps> like my caps lock key is on now< but im typing in small letters but instead of having a comma< im getting these arrows <<<<<<

could it be a buggy shift key??

also when i use my mouse wheel< usually i scroll up and down a page< but when it goes buggy< ill go back and forwards between pages ive been to instead

when i click on links itll open a new page instead of loading my current page to the new clicked page

just found that if i enable F lock the scrolling/caps lock thing goes back to normal

guildwars is still bugged though with my alt

If it is a stuck key, turn the keyboard upside down and swat it a couple of times, (yes it works, sometimes). If it don't work, your keyboard is failing. Replace with new keyboard.
