Hi all,

So I'm returning to GW after some years. I only have Prophecies. I'm wondering about required HD space.

See, the box and the info online say that the game is 2GB, but I can't believe that. Even when I was playing back in 2005-2006, I imagine that the periodic updates should make that requirement much larger than 2GB. Heck, aren't I also technically downloading the expansion classes, too?

Basically, after all the updates in addition to the Prophecies install, how large is GW going to be on my HD?

A little under 4GB, Mattyc - 3.61GB in my case (there can be some slight variance.)

you won't download content until you access it if you do not use the -image command...so you will not download an EOTN map unless you go into it or classes, armors, etc.

Proph by itself is probably around there, and probably larger when you encounter people with armors you need to load etc.

the 3.61 shown above is when your .Dat contains all data.
