Ive got this old compaq laptop
has P4 2.0 ghz
ATI mobility Radeon 7500
256 ram (lol)

If i upgrade to 1g ram will it play GW perhaps on low low settings?
I'm doubtful, but it does have Dx 9.0c. . .

my best educated guess would be that you could play at 1024 x 768 with 20-25 fps on medium settings, perhaps a little higher. It's similar to the INtel GMA 950 in performance, but hopefully without the bugs that happen when you get to Wehan Terraces or EoTN...

I would say that yes, it should be able to play GW at low settings. Set the game to play at whatever the native resolution of the laptop's display is, btw - which is not necessarily 1024x768.
