Recommend a mouse + keyboard
Looking into getting a new mouse and keyboard for gaming (mainly GW), as at the moment I just have standard stuff.
Keyboard requirements: Programmable buttons, comfortable etc etc. Tempted by a G15 as they seem to be popular but wouldn't mind some opinions on it if anybody has owned/ used one before.
Mouse requirements: Programmable buttons, looking to spend around £50 ish, maybe more if I can see the benefit.
What do you guys use? Thanks!

Question, do you prefer wireless keyboards/mouses, wired ones, or is either fine?

Was just about to edit my post after realizing I forgot to mention I prefer wired for both. Thanks

I use a razer lycosa keyboard, they make several flavors of keyboards but the keys are a little noisy. I use a Logitect Mx510 mouse (mx518 is the current version I guess) and have been happy with it, but if you are like me and have pets, you'll have to clean pet hair out of the optical part every now and then.

I have the MX518 and I love the snot out of it. I have big hands and it fits me very comfortably, which is something that most mice don't offer me. As for cleaning pet hair out of the optical/laser port...... all I can say is that I shudder to think of a house that dirty.....

Elder, I've found that if you have pets, you can get pet hair anywhere.

For a mouse....I recommend going to a place (i.s. best buy) that has a decent selection and feeling them all...Really for Guild Wars the mouse doesn't make a huge difference (I could be wrong I suppose but I have never had an issue switching mice while playing guild wars...). So what becomes most important is the feel...
Find one that feels good...go home and buy it from newegg or something similar online...
Keyboard...G15 is really nice...I've had mine for a few years now and still love it...

I really like the Cyborg from Saitek. The lights are fun, lots of extra buttons without being crowded, and the keys are nice and responsive.
I also like this sidewinder mouse, but it is huge. Too big, perhaps. Haven't really tried gaming with it yet.

Someone mentioned this on guru 2 awhile back. Haven't used it, but it's got tons of buttons.

While Razer is a great company and i have never had an issue with their products....and the Naga has gotten some very good reviews from what I've seen...I don't think I will ever use one...just seems to cluttered...who knows...might pick one up for mmo's and switch over for fps/rts/ect. stuff...but still even for a mmo it seems like overkill...
