Despite the question being answered above I will shamefully post here and repeat the same answer multiple times but make it longer to look like I have an increased brain capacity when compared to other people on the Internet. Having used Windows 7 64-bit for the last few months and being somewhat of a Guild Wars junkie I've wracked up enough hours to feel ashamed but all of said hours have been on Windows 7 Ultimate (x64) so I assume that it will work on your Windows 7 system as well unless the Warlocks I have hidden away in my GPU are actually doing something useful!
Anything that works with Windows Vista works with Windows 7, anything that didn't work with Windows Vista also works with Windows 7 by using the Windows XP Compatibility mode that Professional and Ultimate include (Home premium does not include this however so I recommend at least upgrading to Professional). However a few things could make Guild Wars unplayable on Windows 7, if you are upgrading from say Windows XP and are still using an MX440 as your dedicated GPU you probably will not be able to play Guild Wars on Windows 7, like Vista Windows 7's requirements still need a somewhat decent GPU (When compared to XP) and also require a higher amount of memory (I wouldn't recommend upgrading if you have 1 GB of DDR2 memory) which in my business I normally suggest something higher then 2GB of total system memory with a 8800 GT / 9800 GT or HD3870 / HD4850 to game comfortably with Windows 7.
"The answer is Yes, remember I'm on the Internet you can trust me".
PS: Seriously though if your Computer doesn't somewhat exceed the requirements for Windows 7 you'll probably experience less then desirable gaming results.
