I got the same, but I get two types of Errors.
Code=050
Code=034
I ALSO get kicked out, randomly ALL THE TIME. From outposts and where ever it might be. And it happened after update. But I seem less likely to get kicked out of my Guild Hall, strangly engough... (If I stay in GH I don't get kicked out as often...) And now I can't even logg in anymore, tried restarting(even tho it doesn't matter, but was doing it for my internet), pulled out the router, meh. My internet works fine but not gw.

Edit: I did what Smurf Minions said, since I use ESET and it seems to work better now, I'll give a better reply as soon as I am 100% sure it fixed my problem.

It helps people who can't get in the game at all getting into it, but you will probably still experience some disconnects etc but that's because everyone is having them.

Yeah I noticed. Very strange. 108k ping. But thanks anyways. I guess we all have to wait til ANet fixes it or what not.

me too
took about 20 attempts to log in and then when I tried to enter a mission I dc'd and now I cannot log in again.
Gonna go do something more rewarding......like washing the car!

having same problem. no event thingy and cant log in. no error message just stuck on "connecting".
ps. if you try turning off your virus protection/firewall or telling it not to scan port 80 to fix this then your an idiot and dont deserve to use the internet.

Hmz, after the first problem being solved. It's getting even worse today.
I'll think that I have seen every error out Anets list today. Terrible map traveling
Or even not possible, being thrown out with a other error.
Hope they gonna solve all of this soon.

I've been having issues also, but I need to ask, are all the people who are getting this issue in the European servers? if so just switch to another like America or Asia (it seems to have fixed it for me), and don't go to a euro GH.

Took 5 minutes to get the error last night then it allowed me to log in. I'm connecting to American servers. GW has unfettered access through my firewall. Ran the "Test My Computer" option on the login screen and everything checks out good. Good ping results etc. I did notice a couple of lost packets near the end of the trace test so there's no telling where they were dropped.
Problem now is it's like watching a stop-motion animation. Movements are jerky for my character as well as others in town and monsters in missions. It's been lagging for a couple of weeks but it's really bad now.

It's server-related in some way, I believe. I was having massive problems on Europe English District 1 server, getting kicked just about every time I tried to zone, and frequently not even getting in. After some attempts I finally managed to switch to America English District 1 in hopes that things might improve, and they did - no problems at all once I swapped, and everything's been smooth for three hours solid.
