is it a lower FPS or a higher PING that you are experiencing?
What are your system specs? ( need to know your Processor, Video Card, & Memory at least)

Can you give us an idea of what your computer is? What video card, proc, RAM and OS at the very least. If it is something you picked up at a store, a model number may be helpful too.

a P4 with 1G of RAM and a 8400 gs video card is kinda out dated, but should be adequate for GW, providing you are running the game on medium settings and NO AA enabled. What's your resolution that you game at and have you updated your graphics drivers? Also, what is the FPS number you get in-game? (little circle very bottom right corner of the screen in-game will tell you that).

unless your computer is virus infested or has a terribly fragmented and over full hard drive you should get a steady 30-40 fps on medium settings with no AA at that resolution, maybe better --- if you have the latest video card drivers installed..... do you?
***if you are referencing Kamadan American District 1 for those FPS numbers, then don't worry about it, due to the huge amount of activity in that area people with much better computers struggle to get good FPS there.

i am in old asacalon
no viruses that i'm aware of, i play more graphically intensive games, they get 40-50 fps.
if it was other games, i would be worried, but nothing from other games.
i have about 50GB free out of a 160GB hard drive
