nope. changing the clock speed no longer void the warranty for all major manufacturers. and even if it does, how are they going to know, if you don't tell them?
and anyway, newegg doesn't overclock anything; the manufacturer, in this case powercolor, did.

I can't RMA this. They said it will take 3-4 weeks NOT including transportation! That could be 6 weeks! What am I supposed to do in the meantime with onboard graphics?

not play games? yeah, it's not pretty. i had to go through that when my 4890 literally blew up and started pumping smoke out of the back of the case.
if you are feeling adventurous and have some money on hand, you can RMA the card, buy a new card, then sell the RMA'd card when it gets back to you. that's what i did. i only managed to gain back 50% of the cost, because my replacement card was the much more expensive (and powerful) 5850. but for you, you can go for another 5770 and can potentially gain back a lot more.

Nah I don't have money.
I wouldn't mind not gaming for 6 weeks if I didn't have to do it already recently. What happened was my 8600gt blew up and left me without a computer at all for several weeks, then I finally scraped up $80 to get it fixed, but the gpu was still fried, so I had to use a geforce2 mx400 for 2 months, then I eventually had to sell my wii to buy a new PSU and GPU. And here I am. Not a happy man.
**edit**
I tried Loading default in the bios, didn't do anything.

the don't always take that long to RMA - it may say 3-4 weeks but you could have it back in as little as 2 weeks (counting shipping) - no idea as to your particular GPU maker though, some are great at RMA and some stink at it...

Whatever the case may be, I'm not willing to go weeks with onboard graphics.

In that case, you could try setting the video card back to stock clocks (whatever they are) to see if that helps.
Btw, if you are overclocking the cpu too - try setting it back to stock as well.
