my account on gw has been banned for reasons i dont know yet and ive emailed nc soft about it with a message and they've sent me a message saying they're dealing with it wait for our reply. Now they've sent me a message asking me to verify these details: first and last name, physical address, a characters name, 25 digit security keys for each title and the last 4 digits in my credit card for online purchases (i bought eotn online).

Im quite reluctant to give this information however they have included the original message i sent and everything looks the same as with their previous replies. I dont know if this is account banning protocol but would like some advice whether i should give them that info as i do want my account back and if this is just them checking its me.

Thanks a million, ill include the actual email if needed.

That is standard NCsoft account verification procedure, yes. My husband had to send all that information to them when he had a problem logging in a while back. As long as you're sure you sent the email to the right place in the first place, you should be fine giving them the information.

while I have never had to go through the process myself, that sounds like the same protocol that others have encountered, so it looks/sounds legit. to me.

^this. if you get an email tho with some really spotty english and telling you to go on a site to verify your account dont do it. other then that if it looks like a legit buisness "i need ur creds give them to me so i can unban you" kind of deal.
