Default wrong password???

hi ive been trying to log onto my account for the past 15 mins and it is saying wrong account name or password.

right before this all started i logged out and then logged on to change my password, each time i tryed to put in a new one it said the current one is invalid. I then logged out and tried to log on and it said it was incorrect email/pass.

WTH is going on, i tried to reset my pass and then go to my email account to check the new one and they havent sent me any emails.

I have tried to contact support but no word yet.........

My guess is that 1 of 2 things happened
1. It changed your password without giving you the confirmation message (it happens) so try using the passwords that you were trying to change it to
2. Very slim chance but has happened to me someone has hacked your account and linked it to their plaync (just going off the fact that they didn't give you a password reset email)

just typed in my new pass i wanted and it WORKS!

Quick reminder here for those contacting support - they dont work weekends ( hopefully players will realise and we stop getting loads of posts on weekends saying they contacted support and still not heard anything ).
If you contact anet friday night to monday morning - they wont reply till probably tuesday earliest.Anet should actually post details of their work hours so players will know.
Btw gz on getting the password sorted
