The video is encoded beyond Fraps' initial dump, right?
After that, mediafire.com should be sufficient, or even Youtube.

Well how big/long is the video file? A free mediafire account gives 200mb.

Compress it a lil bit more with VirtualDub or just leave it uploading on YT over night. Took me 110 minutes to upload a 500+mb file to YT two days ago, it ain't that bad.
@down: 110 mins from fiancee's apartment, would have been 50 min from mine :3 and the video lasts only 10 min ^^

More compression should do the trick; how long is it? I can't see it being impossible to get under 200mb.
Alternatively, megaupload.com should do the trick, but I do recommend extra compression to speed up upload and download times.

Can't compress it too much if he's reporting people with it - you need enough quality to read names, I'd imagine.

It should be possible to keep the high quality of names (an-important-rectangle) whilst screwing the rest of the video with VirtualDub.

That's what it's going to take no matter what, unless you mail them a CD. Uploading to youtube and sending them the link is the best option. Possible tho you can use something like dropbox and link to that. Video in a mail is a big no no.
If you need to convert it for youtube then handbreak is a good option.
