Ridiculous mouse acceleration when mouse-looking
When I'm holding right-click to look around, if I move too fast, the screen will rotate ridiculously fast. In an environment running 60fps, it will change in 1 frame from one direction to a completely different one. I can't even tell how fast it's rotating, but I'm guessing it's turning at least 2 full rotations in 1 frame. This is really obnoxious, because it mostly happens during combat when it's actually important.
I understand this isn't a feature, but is there a known fix? I'd much rather have no mouse acceleration at all.

Im stumped - ive never had that happen nor have i heard anyone else with that problem.Only thing i can think is something is affecting the mouse when ingame - does this happen with any other games , have you got drivers for the mouse ( some do need drivers if they have special functions.

What type of mouse are you using, some laser mice ( espically ) gaming ones, have on the fly acceleration, which can normally be disabled by a certain button on the mouse of the software that comes with the mouse itself.

No. I use autorun generally, but otherwise WASD.

Google MarkC win7 mousefix and apply it. I think it fixes it for you (it disables mouse acceleration altogether)

I once had a similar problem that was caused by the mousepad - I don't know how, but changing the pad to a plain one, fixed it.
But, it's most often a "mouse acceleration" (or "enhance mouse precision") problem.
