Hopefully, you remember what the email address used to be and have the Access Key. Go to this support page which explains the process you need to follow.

They will help if you can give them enough information. They ask for a lot of proof of ownership due to account stealing.

Unrecoverable graphics driver error
I have this crazy error...Whenever I try to get to Yahtenda Canyons, It goes to the loading screen then comes up with this error that says "Guild Wars has encountered an unrecoverable graphics driver error and must terminate." I'm not sure what to do, it gives me a link but tells me that I need to reinstall my graphics driver. I'm not willing to risk losing my graphics driver until i've done everything I can to fix the problem. My graphics controller is an Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV Graphics controller. If anyone has the same issues or can help please reply. I can't progress further until I can get into Vabbi.

today i had whole day err=058. GW used to work fine and it had never problems. then i had a week holidays and when i came back my trial version of an anti-virus program had ran out (i'm trying some of them out lately). so i installed the next trial version and that's when GW stopped working and i got the error 058 whole time. i thought already it might have to do with the new software, so i tried to shut it down and try again .. stil got the error. then i searched the internet and found this GW site. i found the hint that i have to make sure those 2 mentioned ports are open. i searched the anti-virus software and found that it was using one of those ports for its checks somehow. when i removed the port from the software (it was port 80 btw) .. bang! it worked again
just thought i'd share this. ports might be closed or blocked by other programs to cause 058 i guess
(btw i have no clue about ports or routing issues and i have no clue if this is really the reason why GW started to work again. but i thought it's better to share this than to keep it to myself, even if it might be wrong ;-))

If you're having issues, please submit them as a new thread instead of tagging them on the end of this. That way we can easily see that someone is having a problem!
With that, I'll turn that 'Open for Business' sign around again....
