Random Shutdown
I'm having some serious diffuculties this past month.. not only with the games I play but with my computer.
Video Card: Radeon 9250
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2000+
Now, whenever I go into Guild Wars or Battlefield 2, I get to play for about 5 - 10 minutes and then my entire computer shuts down. I've tried messing around with the settings in the ATI Control Panel and setting everything to the lowest but it stills crashes.
Any help/advice?

Some more information would be helpful, like ram, etc.
Your graphics card should run GW max, maybe no anti-aliasing, but BF2 on low. Your processor is a huge bottleneck. The reason for crashing could be overheating, or the parts just cant do it.

I have a Radeon 9250 and a AMD Athlon 2400+ (2.0GHz) and I run BF2 fine on all Low and GW on max with no AA (9250 doesn't support it).
Try check your PC if it's overheating, or if any fans are broken inside your Case/Tower.

As Alias_X said, if you're shutting down within minutes of playing a graphics intensive game, it could be indicative of overheating. See if you can't open up your box and clean out the dust in the fans and heatsinks, as well as anywhere else. A can of compressed air would do the job nicely.

Just set to default.
Then shut of your Computer, if you want to touch anything in your Computer, unplug your Power, then press the Power button so it drains the rest of the static charge so you don't get electricuted.
Just clean dust out of your fans and heatsinks to make sure it's overheating, or even possibly, make sure your Fans are even 'working'.
