My account -_-
Someone stole my account and changed the password...I can swear on my life that I have not downloaded ANYTHING since ive gotten my computer back from the shop like 3 days ago...I tried to get a password sent to me...awaiting arrival...Anyone have any other ideas...? And WHY did it have to be my main account...

This is something that would probably get more direct help if you spoke with ANET directly, though I'll be honest and say that I haven't heard of anyone getting their account back once it was stolen.
LouAl's idea actually did come to mind though: Do you think that perhaps someone at the shop could've done it? If you had a fairly easy to guess password and had the "save my email" option checked, a determined asshole tech would have a semi-decent chance of guessing it, but again, they'd probably have to be hell-bent on figuring it out to actually do it.

Even if I did have a keylogger...it would be impossible to get my password....It was a mix of capital letters, lowercase, and numbers....

A computer program that captures the keystrokes of a computer user and stores them. Modern keyloggers can store additional information, such as images of the user’s screen. Most malicious keyloggers send this data to a third party remotely (such as via email).
Keystroke logging is a diagnostic used in software development that captures the user's keystrokes. It can be useful to determine sources of error in computer systems. Such systems are also highly useful for law enforcement and espionage – for instance, providing a means to obtain passwords or encryption keys and thus bypassing other security measures.

Perhaps using Copy/Paste to put in your password in the future would help. Type your password in another program, such as Word, copy it(CTRL+C) and then paste it in the login screen (CTRL+V). The keylogger would only see the pressing of CTRL and V, if I understand it correctly.
About your account, you're going to have to discuss that with A-Net. A guildie of mine experienced this identical problem,(it did end up being a keylogger) and he was lucky in being able to get his account back with everything there.

http://www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/download/
download this (free)
pressing scan will start the download
install it and let it update.
let it update the latest threats.
run it.
it will show you what is on your system but it will not remove it unless you buy it.
it shows where each nasty is though so they can be seleted manually for free.
if something is in the registry and you are not used to poking in there dont poke in there

Can't you get keyloggers from just going to a website? I dont think you necessarily have to have dowloaded something to get one. Have you been to any suspicious sites?

yes you can and they exploit the latest few IE holes
simply visit the site and you have it.
get a cheap decent router with a firewall (best)
or go here and get the free for personal use firewall that PC Magazine tested as much better than Win xp firewall

If you are using Internet Explorer anything can happen... If you are using Internet Explorer without a Virus/Spyware checker, you should ultimately disconnect your computer from the internet.

About the email, continue waiting for a password, and make sure if you have a junk/spam folder that you check in there. My account put my Factions Preview Event invitation that I sent (from one email to another) into the junk folder.
And on the note of keyloggers, I agree with rayne550, I think if you copy and paste the password from another program the keylogger can't get it.

You can also get it to automatically put your password in for you, might want to try that.
