I'm a cox customer too. I returned home around 4:30 and played for 5 hours. Only dropped out once due to error 10. My roommate had no problem at all.

Not a Cox customer, but been playing all afternoon w/o a hitch.
I, too, was a victim of the lag to halt, timeout to err7 bombardment people were hit with all day yesterday. To the point I was erroring out like every other minute and rendered GW totally unplayable for me all last night, as well as this morning. I saw the network maintanence notice, but was afraid it wasn't going to help since I'm not with Cox, but I'm happy to report that whatever it was anet did worked and alleviated my err7 woes. Thanks anet.
And special thanks to Arcueid13, who directed me to Gaile's post made in another forum, finally addressing the issue. That's all I wanted. Acknowledgement. Thank you, Arcueid13. Thank you, Gaile. And thank you to those who didn't post some cop-out zomg it's your video drivers, your computer sucks, [email protected] router, default tech-support type drivel people never fail to reply with when legitimate non-user-end issues like this come up. Thank you. I love you all. :[

It's fixed!
Looks Like NCSoft did a good job rerouting.
I've been on for 5+ hours this evening with no err7's.
The lag has been better too.... just keep the new routing paths please!

why is it that when 80% of gw has a problem Anet only helps their american customers? im STILL suffering from their shitty lag and they say "many american users are having problems playing the game bla bla bla" GG anet! you helped them but what about everyone else?!

Actually I am on euro servers and reside in Europe and whatever they did fixed my problems as well.
