Problems with performance
Here is my problem.
After upgrading computer to:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6850
MB: Gigabyte X38-DS5
GPU: MSI GeForce 8800GTX HD OC
RAM: 2GB
OS: Vista Home Premium 32bit
GW performanse seems to become extremely low, FPS is at range of 10-15 and it looks like in slomo.
Funny thing i run Crysis on Very High setting without any problems
Any suggestions on how i can fix it?

Well, let's get the obvious stuff out of the way. Make sure the driver's are updated on all your stuff. Might even make sure you have the latest BIOS for the MOBO. Some folks still report a problem with dual cores running certain games. Check out the program ForceCore at the link below. It might help.

You sure, because systems way faster than yours can't do that.

Reinstall Guild Wars, that might fix it.

Indeed, even a watercooled Quad Core with 8 GB of ram and 2 8800 GTX in SLI etc. gets around 15 FPS in stationary mode, and like 10 in active.

Do this when you have Guild Wars up: CTRL+ALT+DEL > Processes Tab > Find Gw.exe > Right click it and go down to ''Set Affinity'' and un-check one of the CPUs.
This forces Guild Wars to run on only one core, because it isn't designed to run on two cores; if it is, it can cause a multitude of problems.

Or follow the link in my post above to ForceCore which will make the process much easier for you.

The definition of "without any problems" varies from person to person. Also, not everyone is trying to run it at 1920x1200.

^ Yes, indeed the OP is a little too vague. But I call shenanigans unless if the OP runs in 800x600, because in 1280x1024 res without AA or AF an 8800 GTX scores a fantastic* 20 FPS in Crysis with Very High (DX10).

Um, I have been running GW for over a year on a C2D 6400 and 6850 with both cores and have never had any issues. I added -perf to my startup path and have never seen my FPS dip below 60 @ 1680x 1050, so I think his issues is not hardware. I would say completely uninstall your video drivers and then reinstall from scratch. Also, try fully disableing your soundcard, I know it sounds weird but older games hate Vista's DX sound wrapper, it causes no end of greif in games like BF and Hellgate London.
I am running
C2D 6850
EVGA 8800 GTS 640
2GB Corsair 6400
SB Audigy 4
Average FPS = 80 - 120 with all on

I can run Guild Wars with two cores too, I did for weeks, but sometimes the game would mess up and start going super slow-mo, rarely, but still annoying.
The point is, is the game isn't optimized to run two cores, which is why for some people it messes up their game, crashes their computer, etc.
I have 2 Gigs of ram, EVGA 8600GT and an AMD Athlon 64 6000+.

Crysis isn't ram-intensive, neither is it heavily eating your CPU. It's GPU-limited.
It's playable under SLI, I don't know where you got your 15fps from.
