That is fake. Do not give them your password. Instead report it to ArenaNet for phishing.
It will always have @guildwars.com or @arena.net if its legit

I had a similar problem except the ahcker used keylogger. I just got my account back after 3-4 days.
I used a trial account and once I saw him online I said that if you do not return my account in the condition it was before, I will report you to the police as it is a criminal act. He returned it to me without hesitation and I changed my password. Try contacting NCsoft and tell them my account got hacked. I got my account back by pure luck. Hopefully, you get yours back. Be persistent with NCsoft. That's what I can say.
P.S: It was a fake URL like everyone mentioned on top. Never give out your information bud. It is clearly written on wiki and the NCsoft support page.

if ur pw was reset you would get an a very short email that says "You recently requested to reset your password for your guildwars account. Your new password is "xxxxxxx", you can continue using your normal password until you use this password, this password expires in 24 hours, if you didnt request a password reset click here." thats all i get from memory, ive done it alot ^^. And also, anet doesnt use [email protected], at least not that i know of,, everytime i email them, i always email them with my email at [email protected]
Edit: Also i hope you saved your cdkeys. If your account really did get hacked and they changed the email (if they didnt just click reset password and you will get a new email from anet). If they did change the email...email [email protected]. They will probably get your account back just like they did mine.

Try to reset your pass again and get the new password from the OFFICIAL mail. That will lead you to the solution....at least, maybe

i will try the trail thing and tell him to give it back.
and the thing is that i cant reset my pw.. i cant add any games to my ncsoft account. but i got all my cd keys left though if support want to look.

Guild Wars does not have the capability to replace characters or items, whether they are lost through the actions of unfriendly players, deletion accidents, or through other means.
great... many months farming wasted!
