Locating friends....
When I was in this beta I realized with 3 people it was really hard to find each (even in the same household) other is there any plans to fix or change this? What were some of the ideas?

If you get overwhelmed with all the names that pop up on the screen, especially if you are near the skills trainer in the Old City, you can use the tab key to cycle through each person individualy. |

It is very hard to find people even with the Ctrl key trick. especially in crowded cities... We used teamspeak to verbally coordinate location and regions for Reforming parties. IT would have been nice to keep party status upon leaving the guild meeting area. As you do when coming back from a mission.

Locating Friends
What if there was an option that allowed 2 or more friends to jump to 1 or the others location and right next to each other or at a predetermined location, BUT yes the but... Only if they have been to the same lcoation on the world map. This does not include missions either.

I would like to see them change the color of members of your own guild's names when you hit ctrl so you can pick them out easy from that mass of green. It would also be nice if they could make the NPC's names stand out too. Example- green most people, blue members of your guild, and red for NPC's

Red is for enemy, but I like the idea. Plus, NPCs can easily be distinguished because they show up yellow, and you can bring up just NPCs by holding down the alt key.

Locating Friends....
Agreed... I was thinking that in the FRIENDS menu it would either show a location(Note: Would use bandwidth constantly) or you could select to find the location someone was in (Note: Bandwidth negligible used only when looking) like in the previous menu unless they were in a mission
(Message: Friends Currently in Mission Ascelon 1) or something like that. |

Is there a slash command to invite people to a party or is the only way to do is to find them, click on them, then press the Invite button? Is so, that needs changed. And as mentioned before, having your party members show up with their name as a different color would be useful too.

Locating Friends....
As far as I know joining a party via invite is the only way to date. But were still in beta so who know's....
My opinion on the Color change for friends is that it's not a bad idea. Maybe if there was a way to identify the specific users instead by icon over the head other than color. |
