Does expertise affect spell cost? - Guild Wars Forums

I could'nt find any difinitive answer for this but my assumtion is no but assumption is the mother of all screwups so I want to confirm.

expertise lowers the amount of energy required for all attack skills, I believe.

I had assumed that attack skills didnt include spells ....... but I want clarification.

Expersite used to work with attack skills, preparations, and traps. I believe they expanded it to also include stances and shouts during the last BWE. Did I miss anything? In any case, it certainly doesn't include spells.

an attack skill usually requires a specific weapon to use. all skills will say what type of skill they are after the end of the description.

Skill hierarchy.
As you can see, Attack Skills are not spells, and vice versa.

yes that is true, it does not effect spells. It only effects skills listed as attack skills.
