Pets count as minions? - Guild Wars Forums

If I made a Nec/Rng and used my ranger skills to tame a pet would said pet count as a minion for spells like Dark Bond ( For 30-54 seconds, whenever you receive physical damage, 75% of that damage is suffered by the closest minion of yours instead.) ?

Also what kind of animals are tamable?

an animal companion is not the same thing as a minion.

as of the last bwe, you can tame large cats like the lynx or melandru's stalker, large walking birds like the death moa or strider, snow wolves, and warthogs. there may be more though..
