Go to Lions Arc. Go to the Dock Area(Water). Just go on the boat and talk to the Caanthan Ferry guy and he'll let you tour all the islands.

You need a sigil now apparently, so go grab one while they're cheap by the guild reg in Lions Arch. Only cost me 12 gold. Then follow Blackace's directions.

Hmm i hope it pops the guild up on the map when the guildleader picks the guild type.
