Is it possible to have party members highlighted in town or show up on the map? It is a real pain to try and find party members once you are outside of a town or even while in a town that is very busy. Sorry a newb here and this is my first time playing a MMORPG trying to get the hang of it.

when i would go out with a party, if they got out of eyesight and out of my mini-maps range my only way of finding them was by asking where they were and i would have 2 ask them 2 backtrack 2 find me. they need NAV points or something.

When my party was out of town in the field, I noticed that the party members were marked as green (as opposed to the NPC's, who were yellow) on the compass. Inside towns, everyone seemed to be marked blue.

Go figure. ^_^

My party members were green. I noticed that if you click on the mini map it makes a little marker that has red shock wave type of effect. My friend was off of the mini map and clicked and it showing way above my mini map area and I found him. It's hard for me to explain but just click on the mini map and you will see. Well once the next weekend beta comes then you can try it yourself. I also extremely love the fact that you can draw on the mini map.

That was very very handy, yes. Several times the party would be at a loss as to how to approach a certain area, and the drawing thing provided valueable info. ^_^

Ya, if you drag your mouse it makes marks on the mini map, but they fade away eventually...

You can target party members by clicking their names in the grp list window, and then press spacebar to auto run to them...this is my lazy way to follow folks in missions.....yes I'm too lazy to press the W,A,S,D keys continuously
