OK.. so exp points and henchies - Guild Wars Forums

does the # of henchies adjust exp points gained? I kept gaining 0 exp points on everything i killed when i had three henchies? bug?????

Depends what level creatures you're fighting. Obviously if you're a good two or three levels higher than the creature you just killed, you won't be getting any experience. As for henchman, since they're members of your party, I would think that the experience would be divided equally among the group, even if the henchman don't actually gain anything from the experience.

Do Henchmen take item as well as Gold? I had a monk henchy and it seemed like the monsters droped less stuf?

Henchmen get a share of experience, and they take their share of item drops as well. Items reserved for henchmen never even appear in game, and are simply taken invisibly.

you will not get experience if the mob is >5 levels below you. if it is less, you will get at least some.
