Yes, but the boneheaded submitter left out my idea so you'll have to read the thread to hear it | 3 | 6.38% | |

A bank and mule/vault/storage would fit in well I think. But a weapon/outfitter is something that makes more sense staying in the towns imho. Maybe the guild halls could use some npc's like servants or gardeners. I mean, whose going to keep the big fortress looking good while all the members are out adventuring?

If anything, a bank NPC character would be nice for you to store items you saved for your guildies while they are not currently online. We do have limited storage and holding half a dozen to a dozen runes for my guild can be annoying at times.

Interesting idea jwoody, I think it would be nice. Especially having a storage sytem, but wether or not it's in the Guild Hall, I don't care. Just as long we get it.
About NPCs: Is there really a need? I mean cmon, we have plenty already. --Dream |

I see Guild Hall NPC's the same way I see Guild Hall furnishings, if they're ever added; fun stuff that you don't really need but that you can buy to make your Hall look cool. Things like domestic animals running around, gardeners, ceremonial guards, maybe children playing (obviously, all of these wouldn't work for all Hall types ). would make good money sinks and help add some life to your Headquarters. Are they needed? Nah, and you'd probably want them go poof during GvG, but I think decorating the Guild Halls will be one of the really fun little extras if it ever makes it into the game, and a few ambient NPC's would be a really nice touch.

yes but to be used by Guilds that want to GvG but do not have the 8 members at the time to do so. That or have two versions of GvG 8 on 8 and 4 on 4. .

Having an easy way to transfer items to your other characters or guildmates would be nice.
I think outfitters/weapsonsmith-types are more appropriate in towns - if everything is available in your guild, there's no incentive to ever visit the towns, other than to troll for guild recruits. Seems like that would also kind of leave new(er) players out in the cold a bit. --Rix |

Bank/Mule for guild storage and may be guild specific NPCs: one NPC to change capes into armband or whatever, another for PvP training against guild mates...
Anything else is fine in towns/outposts. |
