they can start shipping on the 26th

if you got it on the 26th the servers would not be live

the preorder people start playing on the 27th when the servers go live for them

on the 28th the servers are live for everybody

There is a sticky on the forums about the release date- it will be released on the 28, no earlier, and hopefully no later. Don't trust info you find on sites other than the official site- different companies have been pulling different release dates out of thin air for the past several months.
