Here you go. Base Profession Statistics. And the only thing that matters in determining your Energy is your Primary Profession.

Sorry, I didn't realize it didn't have the health for level 20. At level 20, not matter your profession your HP will be 420. The energy amounts listed are the maxium Energy for that class without the help of items.

480 also goes with the base HP of 100, +20 HP for every level gained. |

A level 20 character of any profession has 480 health. You can increase this further by using a vigor rune- minors add 30, majors 40, and superiors 50. Some weapons can add health as well- for a Mesmer/Necro, you could use a staff of fortutude which would provide another 30 health, assuming you got the best possibile Fortitude modifier. So, you could have 560 health with good equipment, but normally you'll just have 480.
Energy does not change at different levels, meaning that the energy you have at 20 will be the same as you have at 1. As you level, though, you can get focuses or staves with higher energy bonuses. The maximum you can get without negative modifiers is 12 energy on a focus or 15 on a staff, iirc. You can also find weapons and focuses with a modifier to add 15 energy at the cost of 1 energy regeneration.

Highest totals I've seen without relying on skills, 575 health (480 + 50 vigor rune + 45 from conditional shield/focus) and ~110 energy (armor, +30 from focus/wand, + energy storage). Reastically, you probably won't get that amount of energy - you sacrafice too much to reach those numbers.
