Can USA install European Codes ? - Guild Wars Forums

Can i use a European Pre-Order in the USA, even if i already have guild wars client on my comp with a BestBuy pass installed ?

How would this work, delete me account and install the European one, or do i just need the acess key ?

And vice versa ?

The BestBuy pass is installed on your account, not your computer.
You can only apply one preorder code to any account.
There should be no problem using an European preorder code on a new account you make since they won't know you're an American anyway.
When it comes to the 29th though, you'll have to choose which account you want to apply your retail CD-Key to, unless you want to buy two copies of the game and thus have two accounts.

Unless I'm mistaken, it sounded like you are buying two copies of the game mOo? Which, in that case, you could create two accounts using both the Best Buy retail key and the European retail key when you get it.

No, actually i just want the "chimeric prism" but should i go through all this trouble or am i going to be discarding this item the 1st week of play for something better anyway.

I believe, I read this somewhere on guildwars.com, that when you activate your account, at the activationb you choose to be on the North American servers, European servers, etc, etc. So, It really doesn't matter much. Just make a new account with the european code.
