Lol, wow. This thread has to be the most confusing one I've read.

From what I know you cannot receive any sort of refund related to skills. Once you learn a skill, through Signet of Capture, a trainer, and quest, whatever, you know it forever. You can even change secondary professions and still "know" it, but not use it unless you have that profession.

Attributes are explained above, and very well I might add.

For the most part, you get skill points from missions (Which there are a ton of) and if you decide you want somethin later in the game, its not too hard to run a quest and grab it. Right?

I haven't actually played the game, I've just read a lot of guides and threads 'n stuff. I know the attribute part is correct, and that EXP raises them and also earns you refund points. I wasn't sure about how to get skills, though. I know you can have infinite. I thought you could get them from trainers, though. I didn't know about the signets of capturing.
