Guild leaders?
What special things do guild leaders get besides the ability to promote and invite?

There's also the personal satisfaction of running one's own guild.

Guild Leaders are also the only ones who can change the guild settings: cape, guild hall, etc. Only the Guild Leader can demote or kick officers as well.
