oO i got my pre order key per email but now i cant register a new account oO

HELP PLS!

well now i tryed to create an american realm - account and it worked..
though i want to play eruope after the realse ~~
can i still create an account on europe with my key (like a friend acc)?
i hope so..
but atm there is a "bug" in the game..
noone i think can create a europe realm - account oO
argh thats annoying
