Same town same district yet still cant see each other? - Guild Wars Forums

Can someone explain what might be going on with this friend and I are in same town/district/spot and still cant see one anotherl both are set to american and such. We played march beta and had no problem finding each other but n ow we cant little confused by this hopefully someone can tell me whats going on.

It's not Pre/Post searing Ascalon City, is it? I know some people have had some problems with miscommunications where one is in pre-searing, and the other has gone through the academy. Other than that, I have no idea, if you're both in the same build and the same district.

oh and we both joined the academy to see if that would fix it and still same problem. We've both deleted our characters and started over still same thing.
