level difference
will the casual gamer get left behind by the power gamer in PvP? It's been said that alot is player skill based but how does that work? Also, is there level ranges you can group with and how hard is it to get groups?
Thanks Hawkeyes |

I dunno....I can't think of a game where the casual gamer DOESN'T get left behind by the POWER GAMER . I mean... there wouldn't be a difference between the two otherwise...

Guild Wars, in contrast, is based around your skill as a player. Our maximum level is twenty and you hit that very quickly, after about 20-30 hours of play. ,We call that 'The Point of Ascension'. Almost all of the content in the game and in the future Chapters is only available to Ascended characters, which means we don't have to worry about providing different levels of content. All the good stuff will be available to everyone. It's not our intent to force people onto the levelling up treadmill, so the level cap in Guild Wars is almost meaningless. i solo but have heard grouping is easy free henchmen are available as well Last edited by Loviatar; Apr 21, 2005 at 08:22 PM // 20:22.. |

As far as grouping, any level of players can group together. I, at level 20, have grouped with friends that had level 6-8 chars in post sear Ascalon to help them get through missions. - Iczer |

You can solo by yourself, group with henchman (which is like soloing since no other real person will be with you), or find a group.
Finding a group really isn't that hard as long as people are on and in that zone. Some zones, particularly mission zones, are almost always packed with people. Outpost zones are sometimes empty depending on what NPCs are there and how useful they are to people. I've never had a problem finding people who want to group. Make lots of friends and/or join a guild to assure your chances of getting groups and increase your gameplay fun
