Slowing the attack speed
Has anyone some info about how effective (in % maybe) are the necromancer's spells that reduce the enemies attack speed? Also, if there is any difference in the this valor between the single target slow (Faintheartedness) and the group slow spell (Shadow of Fear).

they're very useful for PvE. Really disables a crowd of mantle on your neck.
they seem to slow it down quite a bit I must say. I'd like to know as well. |

I think both spells slow your attack rate by 25%, but there's a cap on how much you can slow someone's attack rate, and I think that's also (funnily enough) 25% as well.
Either way, just know that it's not practical to stack both SoF and FH on the same target. |
