Well me and my brother are going to share a copy and I was wondering can you purchase more then one account? 4 characters isnt all that many

One box is one account. If you want two accounts you'll need two boxes.

1 copy = 1 account.
u need to buy another copy of the game = another full access key, to have another account.

So their is no way to purchase an acount without a box? Like I cant buy it through guild wars for half price?

Nope, you will need to purchase a full copy to get another key.

One box = one lisence = one person

Your bro will have to create a new account for himself and buy another copy of the game.

electronic delivery may become available at http://store.plaync.com once the game goes retail. there is no indication of a discount for multiple account purchases.
