www.multiplayer.it says to refer to halifax, halifax says to refer to NC Soft, IMO u r not serious at all.
Your official site gives some links to preorder and get the stuff, when u talk to them, they don't know nothing. Is this a joke? U have my money, I don't have nothing.

P.S. this comes after mail to ArenaNet (nobody answered) and some 10 Euros of phone calls.

how do you know it hasnt been shipped and is still on its way to you?

unless you ordered a PREORDER BOX you only reserved a retail copy anyway

In Italy was/it's different there is not a "preorder box" simply u order retail and get by mail "preorder key"
