For some reason, the Skill Trainer in Seared Ascalon offers me only one skill: Vampiric Gaze.
Is that normal?

I got 3 warrior and 3 necro skills on my War/necro. But I didn't spend too much time in pre-searing, could be possible you got the skills from quests there.
